indably

Reports your clients read to the end.

A PDF in the brand's colour for any dates you choose, emailed weekly or monthly to anyone you like, with a short summary at the top that says what went well in plain words.

What's in a report

The headline numbers
Views, reach, engagements, clicks and follower growth across every network, against the period before.
Every post
Each published post with its latest numbers, so the client sees what worked and what didn't.
Paid ads
Spend, reach, clicks and results for campaigns run through Indably, beside the posts.
A written summary
With AI switched on for the brand, a few sentences on what went well, compared with the period before. Only the totals are sent to write it, never your clients' audiences.
The brand's look
The brand's name and its report colour, set once in its settings.
The raw numbers
The same figures as a CSV, for anyone who'd rather build their own spreadsheet.

Sent for you, on time

Set a schedule once: weekly on the day you choose, or monthly on a date. A weekly report covers the seven days before it goes; a monthly report covers the month before. The email carries the summary and the headline numbers, with the PDF attached. People who prefer WhatsApp get the summary and PDF there.

Send now shows you exactly what recipients will get. And if an email might have timed out, Indably doesn't send it again on its own, because it may already have arrived.

Honest numbers

Numbers arrive an hour after a post goes out and keep updating for four weeks. Where a network doesn't report a figure, the report shows a dash, not a zero: a Facebook Page under 100 likes gets no insights, LinkedIn shares nothing for personal profiles, and Google stopped reporting on Business Profile updates in 2023.

Facebook and Instagram now report views instead of impressions, and so does Indably.
