indably

Nothing goes out until the right person says yes.

Writers write, approvers approve, and clients sign off without learning another app. Every decision is kept, with who made it and when.

Four roles, set per brand

Someone can approve for one client and only write for another. Roles belong to each brand, not to the person.

Owner
Everything, including settings, billing, roles and removing people. Can switch approval off for a brand that doesn't need it.
Manager
Approves, schedules and retries posts, connects accounts and invites people. A Manager's own posts are approved when they save them.
Contributor
Writes posts and sends them for review, uploads media, and posts by hand where a network needs it.
Viewer
Sees the calendar, posts, numbers and reports. Changes nothing.

Approve from WhatsApp

Busy clients answer WhatsApp. When a post is waiting for them, they get a picture of it with two buttons, and one tap decides it.

An answer only counts if it comes from the person's verified number, if they still approve for that brand, and if nobody has decided in the app already. WhatsApp runs through ChatReach: free if you have your own ChatReach account, or a small add-on that uses Indably's line.

How a post moves

  1. Draft

    Written

A Contributor writes the post once, adjusts it per network, and saves it with a proposed time. It shows on the calendar as a dashed outline.

  2. Review

    Sent for review

The brand's approvers are told in Indably, by email, in the browser or on WhatsApp, whichever each of them chose.

  3. Decided

    Approved or sent back

Approved posts are scheduled. Posts sent back carry the note, and go round again once they're changed.

  4. Out

    Published, exactly once

At its time the post publishes, or the person posting it by hand is reminded. Once a post has started publishing it can't be edited; duplicate it instead.
