Questions about paying
What counts as a brand?
A workspace: one brand's accounts, posts, calendar, people and reports. An agency with eight clients has eight brands; a group with three companies has three.
Why does the price per brand go down?
Each brand is priced by the band it falls in. Your first two brands are at the first price, brands three to five at the next, and so on, so the more brands you run, the less each one costs.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown before VAT, with VAT added on the invoice. Xee Holdings is VAT-registered and every invoice is a full tax invoice.
How do I pay?
By card, through PayFast. You save the card once on PayFast's page (with your bank's 3-D Secure check); Indably never sees the card number. You're charged monthly in advance.
Is there a free trial?
Fourteen days, with everything switched on. Add a card before it ends and nothing changes; if you don't, scheduled posts pause until you do. Nothing is deleted.
Can I bring my own AI?
Yes. Paste your own Anthropic API key and every AI suggestion runs on it, with no Indably limit. Without one, Indably's own AI is included with a monthly allowance.
What does WhatsApp cost?
Nothing extra if you already use ChatReach: link your ChatReach account. Otherwise it's a small monthly add-on that sends through Indably's line. Without WhatsApp, everything comes by email.
What happens if I stop paying?
After three failed attempts three days apart, the account is paused: nothing publishes until the card is updated. Your posts, reports and settings stay as they were.
Do you charge for ads?
No. The ad networks bill you directly for what your ads spend. Building and reporting on campaigns is part of the plan.
