Paid
Deposits, fees and invoices taken over WhatsApp, so service businesses get paid before they start.
Indably is built and run by Xee Holdings, a Durban software company. We built it because we needed it: we run several brands ourselves, and posting for them meant juggling tools that each did part of the job.
An indaba is a gathering. In isiZulu, and across Southern Africa, it's where people sit together in a circle, talk through what matters and settle it. The word also means the matter itself: the business at hand.
That's what posting for a brand really is. Someone writes the post, someone checks it, the client has a say, and only then does it go out. Most tools treat that as an afterthought. Indably is built around it: each brand has its own circle of people, and nothing leaves until the right person has said yes.
The -ably is the promise. Once it's settled, the post goes out to every network at the minute you chose, exactly once. If a network goes quiet, Indably looks before it ever sends again. Done in a way you can count on.
We're in Durban, where the word is part of everyday speech. It felt right for a product made here.
