Deleting your data

Last updated

Disconnect one network account

In Indably, open Connections, choose the account and press Disconnect. Its sign-in token is erased at once, and Indably can no longer post to it or read from it. Posts already published stay on the network; your calendar and reports keep their history.

You can also remove Indably from the network's own settings:

  • Facebook and Instagram: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Remove Indably.
  • LinkedIn: Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services.
  • X: Settings, Security and account access, Apps and sessions, Connected apps.
  • Threads: Settings, Account, Website permissions.
  • TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services permissions.
  • Google (YouTube and Business Profile): your Google Account, Security, Your connections to third-party apps and services.

When a network tells us you've removed Indably, we erase the token the same way.

Delete what Indably holds about you

Email privacy@indably.com from the address you sign in with and say what you'd like deleted: your user account, a brand's workspace, or the whole account. We'll confirm who you are, do it within 30 days, and write to tell you it's done.

We keep invoices for five years because tax law requires it. Everything else goes.

If Facebook or Threads gave you a confirmation code

If you asked Facebook or Threads to delete your Indably data, they gave you a confirmation code. Email it to privacy@indably.com and we'll tell you the status of the deletion.
